Wow, I did not know that when I exercised can have an effect on my energy levels. I usually feel rushed in the morning, and do not exercise until I get home at night, little did I know that this habit could be the reason I do not have a constant level of energy throughout the day. I think that it will be worth it to modify my schedule so that I can get my work outs copleted in the morning.
I will let you know how it works out!

Wow, fantastic article! out of all the articles on health and wellness, this is truly unique. I am embarrassed to admit to the fact that I do not know my blood type. Your article has been a wake up call to myself to find out this information.

Great information on green tea. I know I personally enjoy drinking it hot and cold. Like you said, green tea is packed with incredible cancer fighting compounds as well as metabolic enhancers.
What is also great about green tea is that it comes in many flavors to indulge in.

Hi Julie,
That's a great question and I'm sure many people out there want to know the same thing. First and foremost if you haven't cleaned up your diet and a healthy lifestyle that is a must. Next, to answer your question of why typical antacids only give temporary relief here's why.
Your stomach acid is mainly composed of hydrochloric acid. This acid helps to digest food, however if too much is produced you experience unpleasant side effects such as heartburn, indigestion, or acid reflux. The problem with antacids is that it's like just putting a band aid on the problem temorarily and then your symptoms come back shortly after and sometimes worse. Antacids neutralize stomach acid and help to suppress the production of. This just tricks your body into producing more acid and it starts the whole visious cycle all over again.

The important thing to remember when trying to treat something is that you want to get to the root of the problem and try and fix it for good. As I mentioned in my article there are some simple things you can try and hopefully you will begin to get relief. Constant use of antacids can disrupt the natural process of digestion by interferring with the bodys acid production. Try some of the natural suggestions and see if that helps.

Hi Kim,
You can safely take 2 Hoodia pills about an hour before each meal with a glass of water. There are no negative side effects so if you want to use it before all three meals go right ahead. Some people like the liquid or the elixir better because it's fast acting it usually works within 20 minutes. Just take one dropper full of the liquid either straight under the tongue or add it to a glass of water. I find that the liquid is great for those late night cravings too.
